THE GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT PACKAGE:
£22k-£26k basic + UNCAPPED COMMISSION - OTE (£35k 1st year, £55k 2nd year, £70k+ 3rd year)

Due to unprecedented growth my client is expanding and is looking for bright graduates to join and eventually head up new departments.
My client supply the majority of the FTSE100 and 250 investment banks and are taking on more clients daily.

THE ROLE OF A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:
*Recruitment Consultancy is sometimes understandably mistaken as a Human Resources opportunity, when it is actually a fast paced and exciting sales role.
The position is varied - Recruitment Consultants are expected to be advisers, business developers, sales executives, marketers, interviewers and much more.
After the extensive 3 month training programme you will be responsible for your own desk within your own vertical market. This will be a niche part of the sector you are working which you will run like it’s your own business with the support, guidance, infrastructure and reputation of the firm.
Being responsible for your own desk means your duties will include;
Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting,
Advertisements, Networking& Database searches.
Negotiation of fee’s and salaries

A Graduate who is intelligent, switched-on and motivated to make money?

Represented your school/ University in debating or public speaking?
Worked part-time alongside your degree?
