Graduate Recruitment Consultant- Immediate Start

London, UK

Salary £24k plus uncapped commission: £30-40k 1st year OTE, £50-60k 2nd year, £70k+ 3rd year.

The Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

*You will need to seek new business and implement the recruitment requirements of you vertical markets within your chosen market sector

*You will source candidates, cold call potential clients, interview candidates, short list and present candidates to clients and negotiate salaries before closing the deal

*You will need to be self motivated and able to manage your own time as it will be up to you to find your own clients and candidates

*Your ability to build quality relationships with clients and build a candidate base through effective communication and matching the right people to the right job will be developed by our client’s excellent training program.

*You will have a direct influence over your salary and career progression

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Skills needed:

*Graduate 2:1 or above in any discipline from a Top University and strong academic background

*Strong sales ability

*Influencing and negotiation skills

*Be able to think outside the box

*Excellent communication skills- both written and oral

*Target driven and able to achieve and exceed targets

*Ability to work well under pressure

*Ability to focus on end results and be able to be self motivated

*Problem solver

*Pro-active approach

*Financial motivation
