JOB TITLE: Executive Search Recruitment Consultant
LOCATION: The City, London
SALARY: 22-25k basic + commission, 1st Year OTE of 45k +, 2nd year OTE of 60 - 80k +

Based solely in London, my client is the largest Independent Financial Recruiter in the UK and has been recruiting professionally qualified accountants and other finance professionals for over 16 years. This has remained at the core of their brand.

Their main area of specialism is Finance which includes separate teams operating within the Accountancy, Tax, Internal Audit and Tax disciplines. Their teams are split across Financial Services, Commerce, Social Housing and Private Practice markets.
You will work within a team of experienced Executive Head Hunters. Your role will be to assist the consultants on retained assignments. Mapping out the market place through research and calls you will build a network of Executive level candidates. You will learn to proactively sell opportunities to Company Presidents and CEO's, interview very Senior Executives and assist in the recruitment process involved in high profile retained assignments. You will receive excellent internal training and get far more exposure than one would expect in the Executive Search market.

Your academic track record will be impeccable. Having graduated from a top tier University with a 2:1 or higher, you will be looking for a challenge in a new environment.
