Location: Central London

Basic Salary: £22k + uncapped commission (OTE: £40k 1st year, £55k 2nd year, £70k 3rd year)

My client is a rapidly expanding recruitment consultancy that is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic trainee recruitment consultants to join their central London team.

The majority of their managers started with them as graduate recruitment consultants in their first recruitment role.

If selected, you will represent a well-established brand name in one of the following industry sectors: IT, Finance, Banking, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical and Medical. Your training will make you an expert in one of these areas.


As a graduate recruitment consultant you will be working in a fast paced sales role - it is by no means an easy role. You will be responsible for building your own desk which means lots of sales calls to potential clients and sourcing/reviewing candidates. The role of a graduate recruitment consultant is to negotiate terms, manage the interview process for both candidates and clients and collect feedback from each. You will be expected to be on the phone for a large percentage of the day, this is a target driven role which can be incredibly rewarding!

My client offers graduate recruitment consultant an intensive initial training program to help get you up and running. They then provide on-going training and support.

My client is looking for excellent graduates with a 2.1 or above and 6-12 months commercial experience (ideally in a B2B sales environment but other office based roles will be considered).

This role is suitable for someone who has recently left University and had a placement year as part of their degree OR a graduate who entered into a role following University and now wishes to make a move.

You must have the following qualities: personable, articulate, financially motivated, competitive and hugely ambitious.
