£23k basic + £35k 1st yr OTE, £50k 2nd yr, £70k + 3rd yr

Established in 2005 my client has since been cultivating strong, genuine relationships with an impressive client base spanning sectors including Ecommerce, Mcommerce, Digital Media, Not for Profit, Professional & Financial Services. They are looking for hardworking, talented & target driven individuals to come on as trainee recruitment consultants and help drive their growth.
They are looking to develop new strategic markets and increase market share both within the UK and internationally, which will create an abundance of opportunities for the right individuals to establish new recruitment desks, move into leadership positions, and even own an equity stake in the company.
THE ROLE OF A GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
You will become a specialist in your niche vertical market and a large part of your day will be spent on the phone, building your client base and identifying the right candidates. You will be encouraged to spend time out of the working environment to meet your clients and attend user groups and seminars to increase your market knowledge.
You will be joining a productive, creative and empowering environment. The atmosphere is informal and friendly while still being competitive. The team with my client have come from 'all walks of life' and my client likes to train individuals who have little to no experience in recruitment. REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS
Looking for graduates with a 2.1 from a top 30 University
Must have extracurricular achievements
Must be able to demonstrate financial motivation
Must have examples for where you have shown the following competencies:

B2B sales experience is VERY beneficial but is not essential.
