Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £25k + commission (£40k 1st year OTE, £60k 2nd year, £80k 3rd year)
We are looking for driven, competitive, hard working graduate/trainee recruitment consultants for this very exciting opportunity in energy recruitment.
My Client is the energy recruiter of choice; they have an excellent brand name and outstanding reputation in the industry. Energy recruitment is a young , but extremely lucrative, innovative industry that is growing fast. My client has made a huge investment to the training of their staff, and will provide you with everything you need to be a huge success. Upon joining there is a 2 week intensive class room based training course, after this there are in-house trainers who will be there with you each step of the way so you constantly refine and develop your skills as a recruitment consultant. The earning potential with my client is unrivalled, with one member of staff currently earning £300k having joined straight out of University - he is only 25 years old!
The Role of a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Recruitment is a challenging, fast paced, rewarding career. Success in this industry comes with a lot of hard work! You will be required to manage the whole recruitment process, this includes:
*Using sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies;
*Networking to build relationships with clients;
*Booking and attending appointments across the UK;
*Advertising for, identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short listing candidates;
*Arranging client interviews and taking feedback;
*Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide an excellent quality of service and generate repeat business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements for Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultants:
*A degree, 2.1 or above
*Commercial Experience (sales experience, office experience, placement year, 6 months post University work etc.)
*Extracurricular achievements (Social Sec, Halls Representative, playing sport to a high level, etc)
