My client is a global recruitment business specialising in IT and Finance. With offices across the UK and Globe (London, Leeds, Manchester, Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris, New York, Sydney) they are still looking to expand further in 2022. They are looking to take on a number of high calibre graduates to be trainee recruitment consultants to start in their UK Offices. They are looking for candidates who want a career in a fast paced industry and offer uncapped commission and a fast track to management career.

*Industry leading basic salaries: £24k with potential to rise up to £28k in your first year, plus uncapped commission. OTE £40k first year, £60k second year.

The Role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
*This is a great opportunity for a very talented graduate to break into the recruitment industry.
*You’ll be interviewing candidates, negotiating with them and your contacts within companies (clients) to secure employment contracts, and monitoring relationships on an ongoing basis.
*No two days will ever be the same, and you will often be called out of the office to attend meetings, and may have to work longer hours to ensure you meet deadlines.
*Recruitment is extremely fast paced, often demanding but very rewarding, so please only apply if you are serious about this as a career!
Candidate Requirements for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
*Graduates with a 2.2 or above from a top University and a good academic background
*Graduates who want to progress quickly up the career ladder
*Graduates who have extracurricular achievements
*Graduates who can demonstrate that they have researched the recruitment industry and understand the job role.
*B2B sales experience is not essential but will strengthen your application
