Graduate Recruitment Consultant
My client offers an excellent benefits package to all graduate recruitment consultants including:
- £24k base salary with uncapped commission. OTE £50k 1st year

This company is highly regarded in the area of Energy recruitment. Established in 2009 they have grown substantially and have become market leaders in their field with offices across the globe including London, Aberdeen, Berlin, Cape Town, Houston, Calgary and Ibiza!! The top biller in the company billed 500k last year and a recent graduate has billed 120k in their first 8 months. They expect graduate recruitment consultants to earn £50k in their first year. Last year we placed a graduate recruitment consultant with our client and they are already out in Cape Town having proven themselves as a hard working, motivated recruitment consultant! This is not a job for someone who wants to sit back and twiddle their thumbs - you will be expected to work VERY hard.

- Graduates who can show achievements through extracurricular activities
- Money motivated, confident, switched on, charismatic graduates
The role of a graduate recruitment consultant:
This is by no means an easy role. As a graduate recruitment consultant you will be expected to service existing accounts and win new business for the company. You will be cold-calling clients and candidates and must not let knock backs faze you. Money motivation and ambition to succeed are key.
You will also be sourcing the most suitable candidates via advertising, networking, headhunting and recommendations for the vacancies across the brand
After selling the opportunity to the right candidate you will prepare and guide them through the interview process.
Candidates with previous B2B sales or Recruitment experience are strongly desired!
