Job Description

I am delighted to be supporting my client in the recruitment of a cashier on a full-time permanent basis. My client is offering a 100% working from home model on this particular role. My client are a large and respected Insurance broker so a background in an Insurance business would be a distinct advantage. Another background I am considering is an individual from Banking / Financial services. Please find an overview of the role below.

  • Prepare daily cash sheets on bank account balances, prepare paying in slips, process payment requisitions onto internet banking platforms, raise queries with the banks, prepare weekly bank reconciliations, upload journals
  • General Administration tasks including filing/archiving
  • Perform assigned responsibilities as delegated by more senior members of the team
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external clients
  • Comply with any external rules and requirements imposed on individuals performing their role, such as Lloyd’s byelaws and FCA rules

If you have experience in a similar cashiering role and have an extremely keen eye for detail this could be the perfect role for you. Please only apply if you have the relevant experience and at least 12 months experience in a similar role.
