Professional Indemnity Insurance Administrator / Technician

- To £30,000

- City Office & Home working flexibility

A wonderful opportunity to join an established and independent, Lloyds market broking house who pride themselves on innovation and technical expertise.

The purpose of this role will be to support the Professional Indemnity team. This will involve record keeping, processing internal and external documentation in a professional and complaint manner.

Maintain a highly accurate system of prospective customers, files and data, ensuring that the firm meets the requirements of UK Regulatory compliance framework and follow and adhere to the department procedures.

Duties will include:

  • Input accurate and data onto the Company's database 'TAM'.
  • Produce data reports from system for management information.
  • Manage, organise and update relevant spreadsheets and regularly complete data cleansing exercises when required.
  • Competent working knowledge of MS Excel spreadsheets, MS Word documents and Microsoft 365.
  • Prepare well-written and professionally presented correspondence.
  • Ability to assist with Undertaking related projects and or assignments as may be required.
  • Invoicing and dispatching all bound new business and renewals premiums during the calendar month.
  • Send out renewal proposal forms in line with departments SLA's
  • Skilled in Lloyds systems such as PPL and XIS thereby uploading and processing documentation.
  • Ability to draft submit slips and endorsements on PPL system
  • Prepare and submit the monthly and quarterly Bordeaux in a timely manner.

Candidates will need to show a basic technical understanding of professional indemnity insurance together with knowledge of the Lloyds insurance market and XIS platforms
