Our Client, a highly reputable Lloyd’s Broker are looking to recruit a Business Analyst with Insurance experience to their very well established team.

You as the ideal candidate will play a major part in analysing the business’s processes and systems, investigating the current situation, identifying gaps and documenting improvements required. You will manage the requirements catalogue / product backlog for most projects and will be an essential point of contact for stakeholders. In addition to this, you will be involved in Stakeholder Management, Product Management and planning programmes as regards to the Business and IT.

You will have a proven track record of working as a BA with proven experience working in a Product Owner or Product Manager role as well as had experience in the implementation of complex corporate and transactional trading solutions for large insurance companies. You will have a knowledge of Workflow design and implementation of new workflows as well as process modelling techniques such as UML, data modelling and BPMN and Gap Analysis and TOMs.
