Training and Development:

Our client loves to invest in their people, so they will put you through in-house training and the CII (Certificate in Insurance), which is a nationally recognized qualification, making this broker unique by having qualified staff to advise and guide customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers face to face and/or over the phone who are looking for help with their home and contents, motor, business, travel, life, and health insurance (all training provided)
  • Collating relevant details from your customer to assist you when speaking with insurance vendors
  • Provide quotations and advise to your customer making sure you get the best price for them as a broker to beat any competition
  • Excellent professionalism ensuring your customer receives the best customer experience and being their point of contact for any queries in the future
  • Updating the database, completing any administration
  • Ensuring your customer has all relevant details for their new insurance cover
  • Customer renewals, advice, and guidance
  • Customer claim enquires, supporting them through this turbulent time and liaising with the relevant insurance vendor for speed and accuracy

Qualifications/attributes:

GCSE Maths and English C and above

Proven customer service experience or/ dealing with people through other methods i.e sales, account management, retail, hospitality etc etc. Your joy for helping others is more important, you'll be trained on everything else!!

Hours and Salary:

Salary depends on experience

08.30am - 5.30pm

8:30am - 12:30 pm every other Saturday morning only
