Wholesale - Product Recall -Account Manager/ Broker Support
Salary to £35,000
This is a newly created role for an Account Manager to join the Product Recall team, providing a link between the post bind processing work and broking. The nature of the work will be front end technician-based with scope longer term to develop into broking.
The role will best suit those with an initial grounding in insurance, looking to develop and grow within a specialist business unit. This existing experience would ideally be in account management or technical processing.
Preparing MRC slips from Client information and submissions
Preparing Contract endorsements
Preparing draft documents for the client service teams e.g. client renewal reports, questionnaires and market submissions
Producing and circulating renewal lists
Liaising with insurers to obtain claims listings and policy documents
KPI monitoring and management - pulling system reports and ensuring missing data is updated
Ad hoc projects to support the operations team
Strong administration experience, ideally in insurance
Use of PPL essential
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in a process-driven role
Diligence and ability to take ownership and work on own initiative
Professional verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise with insurers, clients & other departments
Able to effectively prioritise your workload, manage time and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
Microsoft Office experience i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel
Work in support of other team colleagues
Willingness and ability to continue to develop knowledge through formal and informal learning, both internal and external to the Company
Candidates will be encouraged to take CII studies, working towards the Certificate in Insurance
