Your new job working as a claims broker technician will be working for an exciting insurance business which has been founded by executives from blue chip companies in the insurance market. Your new company have offices based internationally and due to the significant growth within their Technical team, an urgent position for a claims technician has arisen

Your new role
Your new job working as a claims broker technician means you will be processing and monitoring claims, dealing with accounting issues and client enquires, as well as broking claims files into the market. You will be responsible for the reconciliation processes relating to claims bordereau and bank statements. You will also be responsible for dealing with issues relating to claims or accounts, updating paper files and electronic data and dealing with Bureau / XIS enquires. You will have Good communication skills and be able to liaise with Broker, Underwriters and clients alike.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as within an Insurance company as a Claims Technician and having all round claims support experience will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally you will be part CII qualified. The ideal candidate will need to have strong computer skills and have experience using the ECF, CLASS and Brokasure Desktop. Good communicational and organisational skills are also essential. Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions. Other key attributes include the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other associates.
