Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday / 4 on 4 off shift patterns available (day shifts)

Salary: £10.36 per hour plus overtime hours paid at time and a quarter

Our client have opportunities available for Warehouse Operatives to join their ever-growing team. Based out of their state-of-the-art 165,000 sq. ft media distribution hub at Imperial Park in Coventry, you will play an integral part in the efficient delivery of their day to day operations. You will work closely with their experienced shift operations team who will proactively support you to manage a busy warehouse role where no two days are often the same.

Your role will involve you safely loading and unloading stock from our HGV’s into the warehouse, supporting the stock control team to efficiently manage inbound and outbound stock (weekly/monthly physical stock checks), reconciling stock reports, interrogating any discrepancies and accurately picking, scanning and packing items for dispatch.

  • Pick goods ready for order and working to KPI targets
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Ensure the safe operation of manual handling equipment
  • Ensure a high standard of good housekeeping, health & safety, cleanliness and security
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies
