We have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a Warehouse Operative in Coventry, CV6 4BX. You will be working for one of the leading logistic companies in the UK.

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative will be:

Day shift: £9.19p/h (weekend rate £11.78p/h) | Afternoon shift: £10.24p/h (weekend rate up to £13.32p/h) | Night shift: £12.81p/h (weekend rate £14.35p/h)

Incentive pay increase based on performance will be reviewed at 4 weeks, 7 weeks and 12 weeks rising to:

Dayshift - £10.24 p/h and a further uplift of £1.54 p/h for Saturday / Sunday shifts.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

  • Picking and packing orders on a LLOP truck using voice pick (full training provided)
  • Working between both chambers of the chill and ambient areas of the warehouse
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • LLOP and voice picking experience are preferred but not essential

You must be willing to undergo a Drug and alcohol test in line with the client's policy prior to commencing the assignment

Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative are:

  • Day shift: 6am until 2pm | Afternoon shift: 2pm until 10pm | Night shift: 10pm until 6am

Candidates must be flexible with regard to shifts and shift patterns. You will be working 5 over 7 shift patterns, which will include working weekends.

The contract is an ongoing temporary position which may lead to a permanent job for the right candidates
