This is a fantastic opportunity to join our award winning client as Mortgage Case Manager.
Working very closely with Mortgage Advisers, you’ll be responsible for processing each mortgage application and managing customer cases through to completion in a timely and efficient manner, using a wide range of skills including written and oral communication, administration and risk management.
The team is driven to ensure that customers’ expectations are managed throughout the process and to provide a high level of service. You’ll perform your role in line with regulatory Policies and Procedures which seek to ensure the service is compliant, resulting in good outcomes for our customers while maintaining the reputation of the brand.
Monday - Friday 9:00am- 5:30pm

Skills and experience: -
They're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, extremely well organised and have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ideally, you’ve had previous experience in a customer service or administration role. You’ll need to be able to work both as part of a team and on your own, and deliver a high level of customer service.
***They require a minimum of 6 GCSEs or equivalent with a minimum of a C grade in Maths & English.
