We have a great opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Hygiene Operations Team at our Bolton Operations Centre. Here you will be required to manage and support a large team of service drivers who provide vital washroom products and services to our customers premises in the Kent and beyond.
A day in the life of a service manager at one of our Operations Centres will involve;
Supporting the Centre Manager in managing productivity of our Service Drivers to ensure we retain our high quality of service standards
Resource planning and recruitment as well as supporting and developing all members of our service team
Management of all processes and procedures to ensure our operations centre complies with all relevant legislation
Ensure our operatives are supported to be aware of and comply with all phs Health and Safety policies both at the centre and for their vehicles
Always ensure vehicles and equipment and checked and maintained in order to keep our colleagues and customers safe.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following;
At lease 2 years management experience within the operations/logistics sector
Be energetic and inspirational manager with proven ability to lead teams to meet our valued customers expectations
Hold a valid, full driving licence for at least 12 months (max 6 points) in accordance with the company transport policy
Understand Health & Safety in the workplace, preferably IOSH trained
Resource and time management skills
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role too
