Job Title: Financial Planner

Salary: £ 50,000 - £ 60,000 + Bonus

Location: Staffordshire

A well-established Financial Planning firm located in Chatham, who pride themselves on tailored, specialist and holistic Financial Advice is continuing to grow despite the current climate. They have a strong client following, have a large amount of FUM and they are now looking to bolster their advising team.

A strong candidate will be able to provide Financial Advice across a diverse range of case types including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & retirement planning. For the advisor coming in, there is existing clients available which will be allocated to you and the focus will be around nurturing this book as well as picking up on business development opportunities as and when they arise, with back-office support from the paraplanners and IFA administrators and a strong team environment to aid in the role.

Being a smaller firm focussed on teamwork and having a positive working culture, there is a good benefits package on offer and a friendly, collaborative working environment to achieve the best results.

The Required Skills:

Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum and signed off with Competent Adviser Status (CAS)

Track record of converting leads and generating lasting relationships with both introducers and clientele.

Strong technical knowledge around pensions and Investments, with some advanced AF papers would be desirable.

Knowledge and understanding of cash-flow modeling would be advantageous
