We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant (part time mornings and full time applicants considered); you will be working as part of an experienced support services team; the purpose of the job is to provide a high level of administration support to our client. This is a varied and interesting role; you will be engaged in a range of activities including:

  • Incoming and outgoing mail assistance
  • Maintenance of client records including scanning, e-filing, reprographics, records management
  • Database management, updating money laundering identification
  • Managing switchboard calls, message taking, diary management
  • Meeting room management including setting up of refreshments and cleanliness (This service will reactivate after lockdown)

As the successful candidate you will be:

  • Organised, with good administration and customer service skills
  • An effective team member, who supports others and uses their initiative
  • Experienced working in a professional office environment
  • Be responsible and see tasks through to completion
  • An excellent communicator
  • Competent IT skills
