Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator who will assist the Operations and Finance Team with general administrative tasks related to daily, weekly and monthly routine activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Daily Invoicing to customers using the Navision system.
  • Raising of purchase orders using the AX system.
  • Sales Ledger - Complete month end pack generation of Sales Invoices including reconciliation of order costings to quotations.
  • Collation of V.A.T. intrastat figures and submission to Head Office.
  • Purchasing of all stationary and ad-hoc consumables.
  • Undertake tasks associated with Import Process Relief (IPR)
  • Payroll - calculation of employees weekly hours, collation figures and submission to Head Office.
  • Control and allocation of Petty Cash if applicable
  • Respond/answering incoming voice calls and direct to the relevant responder/department.
  • Assist with other general admin. duties including e-mails, memos, reports, records, quotations.
  • Maintenance of Attendance records

Qualifications, experience and skills:

  • Good level of literacy and numeracy
  • Good communication skills, polite and professional manner over the phone
  • Office administration background
