Reporting directly to the New Business Manager the ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end proposal management, documentation and pay-out processing, general customer service and broker support.

This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week.

Working hours: Monday-Friday9:00am-5:00pm (flexibility where necessary eg. 8:00am-4:00pm / 8:30am-4:30pm)

Upon completing your probation period you will be offered WFH flexibility 1 day per week, however you will be predominantly based in the Blackburn office.

SALARY: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on candidate experience)

The main responsibilities include:

  • Accurate document production
  • Efficient proposal processing and management
  • Customer onboarding, credit checks, ongoing 'in life' checks and searches
  • Asset valuation sourcing
  • Broker onboarding and ongoing support
  • Maintaining and providing a high level of administration support

Ideal experience and personal qualities required:

  • Numerate and computer literate with analytical ability
  • Effective communicator with an excellent telephone manner, customer focused and a team player
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own work delivering quality outputs within agreed timescales
  • Practical problem solving competence
