A specialist legal services provider that partner and collaborate with local authorities across England and Wales. We support local authorities to secure compensation from construction baed clients for failures in compliance.
We are the leading industry experts in our field and our no fee model has allowed us to partner with 40+ local authorities, providing an efficient and innovative service that costs our clients nothing and allows them to receive compensation they are entitled to.
Due to expansion we are looking to bring in a tenacious and ambitious Business Development Manager to direct and expand our emerging sales department. This is a business critical role that will see you spearhead our expansion as we launch 5 new legal products and services and will develop to include managerial responsibilities as we recruit additional Business Development Managers
The objective of this role will be to drive new business with local authorities across the UK using proactive business development methods ranging from cold calling to visiting clients and networking. You will seek to persuade clients to use your services and then to build lasting relationships to drive additional business and to introduce new products and services.
We can offer a competitive basic salary, a £5000 car allowance, uncapped and realisticcommission as well as guaranteed commission during your first 6 months whilst you build up your pipeline.
