How you’ll make an impact

We’re looking for a coordinator to support our UK/EMEA Education team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is energised by a dynamic role, and is an expert in multitasking. We’re looking for an operational thinker with a get stuff done attitude!

You’ll support the UK/EMEA Education team with all things admin. You’ll quickly be known as the person who takes initiative and gets things done with a smile. By taking on the day to day management of admin and ad hoc organisational tasks, you’ll be freeing up and empowering the teams to focus on delivering impactful learning experiences to our partners and small business customers.

No two days will be the same, this role is full of variety and you’ll need to have great time management and prioritisation skills to be able to roll with the punches. We’re a fast moving dynamic business and you need to be able to deal with all those last minute developments. You’ll be a super efficient and organised ringmaster who keeps the plates spinning with a smile on your face!

What you’ll do

  • Assist the team in creating new initiatives for educating partners and small business customers.
  • Assist the Education Lead and Specialists with efficiencies and processes, identifying duplications of work and more efficient approaches.
  • Manage Asana, Box and Team Drive folders, ensuring all documents are filed in a logical order.
  • Work closely with the Education Traffic Manager to understand tasks, resources and blockers for the teams’ work and be the link between them and the Education leadership team
  • Liaising with the Team Leader/Head of Education regarding upcoming conferences to ensure enough resources have been arranged.
  • Support, organise and coordinate activities alongside the Global Customer Success Operations and Programs teams i.e. gifts for team members, ordering tech for teams, team activities driven by the wider Customer Success team.
  • Own webinar feedback reporting enabling the Education Lead to celebrate team members and provide feedback for further development. Additionally this will enable us to be data driven with customer insights at the heart of what we do.
  • Support the Education Specialists with quotes, documentation, logistics and invoicing for in person events.
  • Coordinate with external parties for training sessions and other external events
  • Collate feedback from presentations captured in Alchemer and present back to the regional Education team on a regular basis.
  • Provide admin support to the regional Education team, with wider admin support to the Global Education team as required.
  • Raise Education purchase orders.
  • Organise and book offsites for team members.
  • Take care of all the logistics involved with organising and running Education/events for partners and small businesses (may involve some evening or weekend work and travel)
  • Manage the team calendar, making sure it’s always up-to-date with events etc.
  • Support Education lead with managing their Credit Card & Purchase orders

What you’ll bring with you

  • 2+ years experience in customer service or event coordinating positions
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Keynote and Google Hangouts
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to work with a professional attitude in a fast paced and driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Fantastic relationship builder, able to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Be self-directed and a detail-oriented contributor to the team
  • Must be able to multitask while remaining organised
  • Great time management skills
  • Team player with a sense of humour
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to effectively prioritise a dynamic workload
  • Awesome written and verbal communication skills
