Howdens Joinery are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the management, development, production and execution of our marketing communications in line with the marketing strategy and plan.
This role is a 12 month contract, based in our office in Raunds, Northamptonshire. As a FTSE 250 business which is undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth, this role offers a highly creative and engaging Marketing professional, an excellent opportunity to lead and manage off and above the line campaigns and ensure the development of communications are designed in line with the changing need of the depots, builder and end consumer.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring that all communications adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice and deliver creative excellence, on time and to budget. You will also be responsible for managing campaigns and large scale projects, liaising with category, creative, content and digital teams to deliver industry leading campaigns and collateral.
As a Marketing Manager, you will need to have a proven track record in Marketing Management and have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. We will also look to you to build, maintain and manage key stakeholder relationships across the business including, Depots, Product and Commercial, Commercial Planning, Digital and Marketing teams. An excellent influencer and negotiator, you will be able to challenge our processes appropriately and use your knowledge and expertise to advise and question our approach ensuring that you listen and add value in an engaging and confident manner. Following government guidelines this role will be home-based for the immediate future, however, this will be reviewed as and when restrictions are updated.
