Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join the Client Services department on a permanent basis. What will I do?

  • You will be responsible for managing key client relationships on behalf of Ventrica;
  • Forging positive relationships within external stakeholders is key to the success of this role, whilst building a strong network with your internal stakeholders for effective delivery of the accounts.
  • You will have responsibility for the governance of your client accounts, including contract management, providing insight and recommendations for service improvements.
  • A primary point of contact for our clients, working alongside operational service delivery management to ensure the services are fulfilled and supporting problem-solving of any challenges that may present.
  • You will work alongside senior stakeholders both internally and externally, conducting and participating in regular business reviews/presentations with the clients.

What do I need?

  • You will have a proven record of building strong relationships with executive decision-makers and influencers.
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging with clients to support the execution of their business strategy with a focus on insight, continuous improvement and client growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ideally, you will also have experience in the contact centre/BPO industry.

What will I be paid?

The salary for this role is £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

What hours will I work?

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, although flexibility will be required in line with the needs of the business.

Where will I be based?

Initially, this role will be home-based, as such you will need to have your own laptop/PC running MS Windows 10, along with a strong internet connection. Within this role, it is expected that flexible arrangements can be accommodated to cover a blend of office-based and remote working longer term, as such you will need to live within a commutable distance of Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
