As we continue to grow we are excited to add the role of Project Manager to ourto our Corporate Services team. This is a permanent role with a starting salary of £32347 per annum.

About the role 

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of  business projects and will be responcible for successful co-ordination and effective delivery of strategic and business change projects that make up the wider change programme. 

Reporting to our Programme Manager, you will be adept at managing and overseeing multiple projects at one time, managing varying levels of complexity. You will have training and experience in project management methodologies and a familiarity with adapting these methodologies based on business and project requirements.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the development of project plans, tracking and reporting, maintenance of project documents and engagement with stakeholders from across the business. The projects you will be allocated could vary in type and could be anything from system implementation and internal process improvement to building/community development oversight.

You will be a driven and a proactive leader; able to manage multi-disciplinary project teams and deliver your allocated projects on time, within budget and to the highest possible standard. You’ll be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a have a real business wide view and focus on impartial, solution based delivery. You will have the ability to liaise with staff, suppliers, partners and stakeholders at all levels. In additional to this the successful candidate should have:

  • An existing project management or programme management qualification
  • Excellent project management experience ideally including managing a wide range of activities feeding a Programme.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level project management skills including co-ordination and driving of change.
  • Ability to represent the needs of the project and relate it to the wider context both internally and externally.
  • Facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of developing and leading change.
  • Experience of communicating in and around large projects and awareness of how these will be received and translated into delivery on the ground
