IT Training and Communications Officer who can act as a 'subject matter expert’ for Microsoft and Citrix end user technology, with experience of delivering and developing training programmes and experience with the most recent versions of Windows Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office/O365 is required by a well-established Charity.
Candidates must have a Training qualification, Award in Education and training level 3 (Formerly PTLLS) or certificate in Education and Training level 4 (formerly CTLLS), or equivalent digital learning experience.
SALARY: £29,435 - £31,168 pro rata

LOCATION: United Kingdom, National - This role is office-based however the office location is flexible, and there is some home working flexibility available
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
WORKING HOURS: 9am - 5pm with a half hour lunch or 9am - 5.30pm with an hour lunch, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. As a charity, they are always keen to support flexible working as best they can.

As the IT Training and Communications Officer you will support the delivery of the communication and training element of the IS strategy.
Working as the IT Training and Communications Officer you will support end users in adopting and learning how to use the IS systems and technology available to them, and manage and resolve issues reported by the business providing proactive solutions.
