South East Occupancy Manager Full Driving Licence required Salary up to £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Commission The purpose of this role is to: To assist in key aspects of new business development and growthDeliver against monthly growth targets for specific new and existing services.Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to include commissioning team, professionals, families and potential clients.Develop an understanding of the local area and requirements.Work with the Operations Manager to develop Growth and strategic plansWork with the DCA and home managers to develop a health referral pipelinePerson SpecificationCare experience preferredCommercially focused, analytical, target driven, solution orientated, numerate and tactical with a proven track record of influencing and supporting change.Travel is essential for this roleExcellent Microsoft Office skills.
