You will be responsible for managing your own case load of patients and supporting them both pre and post operatively - your job is to make sure they have a fantastic experience. Support the Ward Sister's and Ward Manager with the day to day running of the unit, supporting and mentoring Junior members of the team. You must have an active NMC registration and experience working within a surgical ward environment.
