Salary: £18,135 plus bonus

We are currently looking for a hardworking, organised, personable individual to join our team as a Compliance Administrator in our lively Northern Quarter office. Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, you will liaise with and support our sales consultants with the focus of supplying compliant social work and healthcare professionals to clients across the UK.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide accurate responses to compliance and audit queries for the business
  • Communicating with contractors (Social Workers and Healthcare professionals) regarding the required compliance documentation needed to start a work assignment
  • Process registration forms and complete compliance calls with workers
  • Actively carry out professional registration checks for all potential new contractors
  • Coordinate DBS renewals via the DBS portal in a timely manner
  • Requesting all references from appropriate referees provided by the contractor
  • Communicate with workers regarding missing documentation
  • Working closely with the sales consultants to discuss candidate activity and compliance checks required
  • Supporting colleagues in audit preparation
  • Utilise the internal database and keep up-to-date with candidate communication and relevant documentation
  • Assist in dealing with complaints appropriately
  • Deliver sessions within the team or with new sales consultants that provide training, guidance or support
  • Identifying ways to improve processes and service delivery

Skill set or experience required:

  • Previous administration experience is desired, but not essential
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience delivering a high quality of customer service
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work well within a team and be adaptable
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet specific deadlines
