If you enjoy working on a wide-reaching range of projects that will help businesses and communities flourish, you’ll fit right in. Here are some things you can expect from this Recruitment Adviser role. This is a full-time role, however the role can be extremely agile, with home working, plus the agility to ensure work and personal responsibilities can both be met. Part Time could also be an option - get in touch to discuss

  • Making quality second nature. This means doing what’s right even when no one’s looking. The work that you will do has a major impact on our clients and our firm. We pride ourselves on the high-level standards we have for the work that we do. Your work will support the maintenance and enrichment of the Firms people data, allowing our leaders to make data drive decisions.

  • Own your own work. You will create and deliver the resourcing strategy for each new vacancy within your designated business area, whilst taking a direct sourcing approach. You will proactively create, build, and maintain talent communities and candidate networks, decreasing reliance on agencies.

  • Be a part of a team. You’ll be a pivotal part of the team. Taking full ownership of your own projects and development, sharing your knowledge, experience, and insights. You will build and develop relationships with key external recruitment agencies to ensure quality support is available should we need it.

  • Take responsibility. You will be responsible for taking a full and comprehensive brief for each vacancy and gaining a deep understanding of the relevant business area and team for which the hiring manager is recruiting. You will coach hiring managers to be brand advocates and support them in developing interview and selection skills. You will work with hiring managers and colleagues within their business area to develop and maintain a large network of candidate referrals for potential future hires. You will check all vacancies are advertised in line with brand guidelines and manage a variety of recruitment channels, including social media, to source best talent in the market. You will be responsible for ensuring a diverse shortlist of candidates who you will support through the process, enabling us to reach our goal of the most inclusive organisation by 2023.

  • Build your brand. Given the importance of this role, there will be exciting opportunities for the right person to expand their knowledge and develop their skillset. This is a unique opportunity to develop your profile across the Firm and work with the Resourcing community.

The minimum criteria

You’ll have experience of delivering exceptional candidate and client experience and be passionate about supporting, advising, and helping businesses achieve their potential.
