We are looking for Customer Success Manager to ensure the utilization and adoption of the PROFIS Engineering Software.
In this role you will be responsible for the 2nd phase of our PROFIS Engineering Services solution sales process. This includes partnering with Software Sales Consultants and Field Engineering Teams to foster the successful implementation of the solution and continue building the value proposition that Hilti delivers to the customer through PROFIS Engineering.
The role also includes growing & protecting the customer value and return on investment through continuous activity and selling additional licenses, services, and software within a specific geographical territory. This position ensures internal and external customers receive quality answers to technical inquiries regarding the use and/or application of Hilti F&P products.Who is Hilti?

As Customer Success Manager you will be growing a loyal customer base within a designated geographical area while strengthening the company’s market share within the territory. To achieve this you will make virtual business activities related to F&P Service Solutions and demo Hilti PROFIS Engineering software products and services, both in person and virtually.
In this role you will be the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, training the platform end users and post go-live support. You will represent Hilti in customer meetings and follow up with existing customer platform to sell additional training services and collect feedback from our key users.
You will provide professional educational seminars and presentations to companies and provide competent recommendations to engineers, architects and designers on specific applications using sound engineering judgement.What do we offer?

We're currently working from home but later in 2021 will move to new premises at Circle Square in Central Manchester, where we will be located a short walk from Oxford Rd train station and St Peter's Square tram stop. We'll offer a hybrid working pattern between the office and home and different ways to work flexibly so please feel free to talk about what flexibility means to you at your interview.What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and previous experience from an engineering role
- Sales driven and customer focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop engaged customer relationships
- Ability to build prospects and make effective cold calls
