If you’ve answered yes to the above, XLN currently have a number of exciting opportunities for Field Sales Executive to join our team! We are looking to build one of the biggest B2B sales operations in the UK and grow significantly over the coming months meaning lots of room for progression to Area and Regional managers! As a business we only promote from within and all of our managers started off in the Executive role.

The Business:

XLN are a big player in the Telecoms industry, we supply phone, broadband, energy and card processing services exclusively to small businesses, cutting their bills dramatically and saving them time and hassle with our world class customer service. 

Why small businesses? Historically Small businesses have always been getting a raw deal from big utility providers. Prices have been too high and service levels abysmal. XLN was founded in 2002 to address that and we’ve since grown to be the clear leader in the space.

Our sales numbers in July have been truly phenomenal and due to this we are currently looking for a number of new excited and hardworking individuals to add to our high performing field sales team! There is a massive opportunity for progression to Area and Regional Manager as well as having unlimited earning potential - Our Field Sales Agents earn on average £36k with our top performing Sales Representatives earning in excess of £52K per year!

But the sky really is the limit and only limited by your ambition and hunger to succeed. 

The Role:

Beginning with a 2-day classroom based training period followed by shadowing a Team Leader, you will get the skills and knowledge needed to kick start your career with XLN.

As a valued member of our team, we look for you to bring enthusiasm and passion to our potential customers and help them to understand how XLN can save them time and money! The business Development Executive role is target driven and fast paced – If you’re passionate, hungry for success and target focused you would thrive in this unique environment! 

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Previous Field Sales or Sales experience is a must have - Experience within telecoms is a big bonus on top of that! 

We hire people with the right mindset and attitude and train them in the skills that they need to be successful. 

• The ability and confidence to talk to a variety of small business owners every day

• The enthusiasm and perseverance to overcome challenges/objections and talk about XLN with passion and pride - The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets

• Driving license
