Support Services Manager (Customer Service)

Division: Liquid Personnel (part of Acacium Group)

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Flexible (DoE) plus bonuses

What will you be doing as a Support Services Manager?

  • Management of our support functions including the Candidate Care Customer Service team by providing ongoing support, guidance and mentoring direct reports
  • Ensuring that your teams provide exceptional levels of customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Performance management for the teams (daily flash meetings, monthly PDP's, desk diagnostics, mentoring and coaching)
  • Hiring new members for the team in line with our growth plans and managing the onboarding experience for them
  • Design and Implement processes to maximise attraction, retention and placement of external candidates
  • Implementing strategies for the support services to keep pace with changes in our core markets or the demands and needs of the sales functions
