Multi Skilled Plumber

Salary: £25,202- £30,801
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: South Manchester

Reporting to the Repairs Field Manager, the multi-skilled Plumber will deliver a wide range of responsive maintenance activities to a diverse customer base for Great Places Housing Group

About You:

For a successful application, you will need to be qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths additionally, you will hold minimum City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing. You have at least three years experience in the built environment, across all trades, alongside good written and verbal communication skills.

You can show evidence of key competencies, specifically in plumbing (core trade), joinery, plastering and tiling (secondary trades). You are able to deliver first class customer service in responsive maintenance and experience of working with the supply chain associated with responsive maintenance. You have good attention to detail, and experience of working with a multi-disciplined services delivery team (within the built environment).

You can complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure, as well as good organisation skills and the ability to time manage workload. You can form effective liaison with staff or other stakeholders to give, or find information to resolve problems, alongside the ability to develop and project a positive image of Great Places through personal, written and verbal skills.
