Agile delivery Manager - This is a challenging role for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager expert
Support and motivate a development team in creating services used by millions of customers.
Coach team(s) and stakeholders in agile ways of working
Identify, elaborate and track against clear and measurable objectives.
Communicate clearly with all levels of the business and bring together technical and non-technical conversations.
Identify, highlight and resolve any problems that might impact the ability of the team to deliver against objectives.
Form strong working relationships with business stakeholders and other members of the IT department
Contribute to and support fellow Delivery roles across all our work streams through active participation and leadership in the Delivery Community of Practice.
You will be working with the multi-disciplinary data team in an agile environment doing some of the following
Working with key business stakeholders on a coordinated release plan for the relaunch of a loyalty scheme
Investigating new platforms to enhance our commerce, payments and returns services
Coaching teams on all aspects of the Scrum framework while facilitating the delivery of two-week cycles
Supporting senior-level priority discussions with risk, effort and impact assessments for requested work
Coordinating the integration and launch of a new platform with a third party supplier
You will Have

Be comfortable having conversations about scope and delivery timescales with senior members of the organisation.
Take responsibility for setting and attaining goals for the team. Where necessary you will be comfortable organising and facilitating workshops to share knowledge and resolve issues.
