This is great position for an experience Product Owner

Product Owner - As an experienced Product Owner you will be joing a growing Product Team, which currently comprises of 2 Product Managers, 3 Product Owners and a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Defining the vision of what an 'outstanding' product looks like
  • Working with our customers to scope and define a product that meets their high expectations
  • Working with different internal stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
  • Delighting our customers by working with them, to ensure the successful delivery of an outstanding product
  • API Lifecycle management
  • Manage and maintain best practises and the user experience on APIs including: Security, self-service customer onboarding, quality and content of documentation, addressing analytics and quality of service, maintaining visibility and control over API usage, version control, developer support and maintaining test/sandbox environments.
  • Own the Product Backlog, effectively managing prioritisation and communication to stakeholders
  • Creating Business Requirements Documents and the management of Epics/Story's in Jira thereafter
  • Outline what success looks like for the Development team and how this will be achieved
  • Overseeing the development process to ensure that the business objectives, strategy and goals are always at the forefront of everything we do
  • Increasing the awareness of the Product to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with the product team to ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined
  • Define and manage team processes, supporting and continually refining the operating model
  • Management of team deliverables
  • Manage senior stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and promoting the value of the team

Required Experience

  • Strong understanding, and a demonstrated history, of both the development of a new API as well as working with legacy API functionality
  • Experience in the payments industry would be desirable but not essential
  • Strong understanding, and working experience, of Agile
  • Extensive experience in analysing business processes
  • Excellent written, and oral, communication skills required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
