Do you possess a strong attention to detail? Are you a highly organised individual? My client has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administration Manager, with strong written and verbal communication skills to join their growing team.

My client is a leading business and digital transformation consultancy. The success of the business has driven the company to become one of the quickest growing consultancies within the UK, accelerating its development and expansion.

The Role

  • Maintain the management of senior members diaries and events.
  • Create and renew contracts for associate members, whilst logging their CVs.
  • Update individuals data on Server Message Block.
  • Responsibility of payroll and invoices.
  • Perform outstanding people management throughout the team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A knowledge of accounting.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

An ideal candidate will have had previous experience in administration management, maintain a meticulous mind and will be operationally incisive.

The role will require you to work remotely.
