This Technical Account Manager role acts as the trusted advisor to premium accounts, as well as a strategic focal and escalation point for technical improvements, important incidents, and business requirements that may arise. The TAM matrix manages client’s projects, provides managing platform solutions and coordinates requirements in cross company collaborations.
Although salary package will be negotiable dependant on previous experience, an initial indication is a base salary between £30k-£40k plus benefits package including superannuation scheme and health care.
