We are currently partnering with a globally recognised brand who are looking to add an Internal Recruiter to their Recruitment team.

This a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between £28,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience. Monday to Friday with working hours of 8:30am - 5pm, but our client can be flexible on this if needed.

You will be working in their fantastic offices in Greater Manchester, with 1 day per week offered to work from home - however this is currently under review and expected to increase.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Agency Recruiter who is wanting to move into an internal role, or a Internal Recruiter looking to take on a new challenge and join a globally recognised brand.

Experience of recruiting in either Legal, HR, Finance or Supply Chain is essential as you will be responsible for operations recruitment across the organisation, therefore some knowledge of the business area you'll be supporting is ideal.


  • Management of the full recruitment lifecycle in your business area
  • Headhunt and source for the best talent in the industry, ensuring you create a bank of talent along the way
  • Work closely with Directors in your business area to understand their requirements
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the entirety of the recruitment process
  • Promote the brand
  • Provide key data to the Recruitment Manager to enable the recruitment team to fully analyse and review
  • Manage a high-volume of vacancies, ensuring they are all tracked effectively
  • Reduce agency assistance where possible, however ensure you are engaging with the best recruitment agencies in your industry when needed
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for any new starters
  • Assist with any recruitment events - virtually or face-to-face


  • End-to-end recruitment experience in Legal, Finance, HR or Supply Chain
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience of managing a high-volume of roles, including specialist positions
  • Ability to understand and analyse data
