Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager to manage the recruitment team in Germany, Switzerland and Belgium on a remote basis for one of our leading RPO accounts in Life Sciences.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage client account with P&L responsibility
  • Manage on-site and remote teams of recruitment resources across EMEA
  • Realise opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives delivering to SLAs and KPIs
  • Provide timely updates to the client stakeholders, Client Service Director and/or executive sponsors
  • Advise client on market trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action
  • Define and communicate individual and team metrics
  • Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for the client
  • Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
  • Inspire the team to attain goals and pursue excellence
  • Drives organic growth within the account and wins new client business in conjunction with Business Development teams

Operational Excellence

  • Produce internal monthly dashboards covering all key contractual KPI’s and Korn Ferry-mandatory KPI’s (if different from those the clients request). Evaluate these dashboards and highlight risks and opportunities internally
  • Own and manage an issues log, capturing all account-related issues and developing solutions for resolution, with clear owners and timescales
  • Manage any issue-related escalation processes for issues that cannot be immediately resolved, ensuring these are escalated through the relevant Korn Ferry & client tiers and within agreed timescales
  • Manage team resources effectively, monitoring the team workload to resources ratio and flagging where more or less resource is required. This includes authorising all holidays through the formal process; ensuring sufficient resources are available to support the account at all times
  • Be accountable for the team’s delivery against account KPI's & SLAs, and any service development required to ensure KPI’s are continuously met
  • Stay up to date with developments in the Talent Acquisition and related fields, communicating relevant innovations and best practice both internally and to clients

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of cross-country leadership or senior level experience within recruitment/ talent acquisition and success leading teams
  • Fluent German and English language proficiency
  • KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management, influencing and utilising negotiation skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organisational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Self-motivated along with the ability to respond quickly to client requests
  • Willingness to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with changes
