ESP are currently recruiting on behalf of Applicaa, a high-growth ed-tech business with an exciting proposition

Their aim is for all schools to automate their admissions process and go paperless. In 2016, they launched Admissions+, a cloud-based software solution. Since then over 500 schools have adopted Admissions+ (6% UK market). And Covid has accelerated the need of schools to manage their admissions remotely.

By 2022, they aim to reach over 1,500 schools, 20% of the UK school market.

We are looking for an ambitious, talented, driven Sales Executives or Sales Consultants to help them grow the business. As part of their small, energetic and highly focused team, you’ll join them initially as a Sales Executive

You will be entirely home based, so you could be based anywhere in the UK. And applicants from the North, West and East of England as well as Wales, NI and Scotland would be advantageous. Travel to client sites is largely not required as most demonstrations are done virtually.

The company generally has a start up feel and would suit someone who thrives in that "everybody mucks in" environment.

Essential to apply are:

- 2/3+ years’ sales experience with proven track record
- Ambitious and target-driven
- Excellent communicator
- Leadership skills
- Good team worker
- Resilience

Experience from an education focused software or Saas background, especially MIS would be advantageous although not essential. Driven sales ability would be

Candidates looking for between £30-35K base and up to £15K OTE uncapped by year 2 would be ideal. Commission is paid on new business and on renewals in the second year

Candidates with previous experience or job titles including; Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, BDE, BDM, Account Manager, internal sales etc would be a good match for this post
