They offer thousands of different products with 5 x categories Health & Beauty, Childrenswear, Home & Living, Grocery and Fashion and focus on the luxury marketplace. We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager who will manage a team of Business Development Executives nationally introducing this new and exciting company and their luxury goods into the independent retail sector. The Role: As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a new business prospecting team targeting independent retailers such as artisan food stores, kids shops, home & living businesses, gift shops, garden centres, restaurants, grocers, hair shops, beauty salons, clothing shops and the list goes on! You will be managing up to 10 x Business Development Executives within the Midlands and Northern region. Your team will use Salesforce as a CRM and helpfully it is free for the retailer to sign up to the service from there, it is your responsibility to ensure that they make an online order but they have flexible payment plans to suit the retailer so it is a win win situation.
We are looking for sales candidates who meet the following criteria:
Base Salary: £40,000
Bonus: OTE of 65,000
Car Allowance: £5000
