Working alongside the Lead Manager, candidates will have a variety of responsibilities relating to change management across global teams. Candidates will be required to lead a variety of tasks working with stakeholders of various levels across multiple business lines. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Works with external parties and business users to identify, define, challenge, prioritise and deliver requirements across a range of projects, both strategic and tactical.
  • Applies existing knowledge to global projects covering a wide range of scopes including but not limited to, regulatory, products, market, technology, strategic direction.
  • Prepares, reviews and approves business requirements and functional scope documents on behalf of the group.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of the various processes across the group including regional specifics and up and downstream impacts, delivers projects with both a local and harmonised approach as needed.
  • Maintains an awareness of ongoing global projects with the potential to impact the group, engages in those with a potential to impact our role and uses that knowledge in coordinating and leading business change.
  • Acts as an SME on behalf of Client Activation, advising and counselling on approach and impact of proposed change.
  • Gathers and analyses information and develops recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span the global team.
  • Provides guidance in development of the technical design, delivers UAT testing, and creates process mapping, user documentation, client documentation and delivers training as needed. Leads implementation/conversion strategy planning and implementation.
  • Leverage's existing technical skills or structured methodologies to deliver on key projects.
  • Manages scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability.
  • Communicates with key stakeholders at various levels on progress of ongoing projects.
  • Represents the group on various steercos, committees and forums as needed.
  • Is accountable for overall delivery of their assigned functional work stream across various small and large scale programs.
  • Supports the Lead Manager in oversight, tracking and mentoring staff across the global team.
  • Applies experiences across various software and/or systems development processes to define and collect metrics and identify and implement opportunities for improvement to increase quality of requirements and speed time-to-market.
  • Actively influences software and/or systems development process improvement initiatives.
  • Contributes to the achievement of related area objectives.
  • Demonstrates the application of rigorous, structured methods and/or methodologies to the business analysis discipline

Qualifications -

Required / Preferred skills:

  • Advanced excel skills
  • Systems design/build experience preferred, including but not limited to: Pentaho, Business Objects, Power BI, Baseline, Sharepoint, PowerApps, Jira, IGrafx, Visio,
  • 1-3 years experience in Business Analysis or Change Management
