Order Processing/Sales Administrator
12 months FTC
The main duties in this role are sales order processing and following the process through to despatch. As well as processing the orders a part of this role will be picking the stock, packing and arranging postal or courier collection.
A confident telephone manner is essential as you will be dealing with telephone enquiries from customers, internal colleagues and other stakeholders.
Attention to detail is key whist preparing quotations and pricing for customers, processing credit notes and resolving delivery queries.
The role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who can demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service whilst working in a fast paced and busy sales office.
Strong IT skills are required, experience with SAP, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel is desirable.
