Our client is looking for an intelligent and resourceful individual with a passion for digital marketing, specifically PPC to join their growing team.

Our client provides online training courses to individuals and businesses via their lead brands.
The successful candidate will be keen to learn and will have an analytical mind-set. The role will sit within
the Marketing team and will be responsible for implementing their PPC strategy in order to
achieve annual business objectives and targets. The role will be dedicated to driving PPC performance
through the day-to-day management and effective implementation of best in class strategy across key
accounts. The role will play a vital part in supporting the overall Marketing strategy,
working closely with the broader marketing team to develop and implement this.

Main duties:
? Working with the leadership team, take ownership of PPC strategy ideation and implementation
? Drive the creation and implementation of account development plans and strategy in order to
sustain and grow performance
? Own performance management activities across the team, including optimisation activities,
innovation, daily checks and best practice processes
? Budget management, including management of over/underspending
? Data collation and analysis for reporting purposes
? Writing and communicating reporting summaries to a high standard
? Completing data analysis to spot trends, patterns, challenges and successes
? Identifying and troubleshooting anomalies within PPC data and taking well planned corrective
action
? Work with the broader Marketing team to develop and test new advertising creative

Required knowledge, skills and experience:
? Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Paid Search, Display advertising and Native
? Strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills which must include Excel/Google Sheets,
Word/Google Docs and PowerPoint/Google Slides
? Experience with Google Ad Manager, Native platforms and Ad exchanges
? Mathematically minded
? Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines
? Proven time management skills, strong project management skills and the ability to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously
? Proven ability to think critically and creatively, with impeccable attention to detail
? Proactive approach to ways of working and problem solving
? Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills
? Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
