We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant using SAGE combined with some Administration duties to work as part of an existing team based in Leicester reporting into a Manager working office hours Monday - Friday
As the Accounts Assistant your duties are listed below
Posting Purchase Invoices
Bank reconciliation and process bank statements
Record payments received and made and reconcile them to the trial balance.
Issuing Sales invoices.
Maintain the office petty cash.
Managing customer accounts using Sage
Managing property maintenance
Keeping tenants database up to date
