The ideal candidate will have a strong HR Management background in a Manufacturing environment or will simply be a Strong HR Professional who has the right approach and the right skillset who is driven to improve the environment and is very much a 'Builder' who is well versed in implementing culture change.
As the Interim HR Manager - Bespoke Aluminium Products, you will have responsibilities for a Team of 2 people and the main focuses of the role will be on strong recruitment across the business, then overseeing the onboarding processes of said recruits not to mention getting involved in a business restructure process also. You will be measured on getting the basics right, helping to implement a new personal information system not to mention continued development of employees and the overall environment.

The company require applicants who have a strong HR Management background in a Manufacturing environment, or you will have Strong MR Management experience in another area.
