Job Description

HR Administrator

A new opportunity has become available for a HR Administrator to assist and support our HR department. The position is an entry level role and would be suitable for a candidate who has a desire and passion to work in HR.

HR Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Collate and accurately input all relevant information for payroll on a monthly basis
  • Maintains employee information/changes into HR management systems and action contractual changes including correspondence to staff
  • Prepare return to work documents, monitoring absence and escalating to HR Manager if absence triggers are reached
  • Administering employee benefit schemes such as long service awards, Cycle scheme and Childcare vouchers
  • Tracking and updating the company bonus scheme
  • Collate records of completed probationary reviews, PPP’s and yearly appraisals
  • Maintain employee files records in electronic and paper form to conform with GDPR guidelines
  • Process all new starter and leavers
  • Generate letters and relevant paperwork relating to all HR related administration
  • Respond to employee queries/requests and provide relevant information
  • Supports the recruitment & selection process for the group
  • Work with the wider HR team to find and implement improvements in efficiency and service of the department
HR Administrator Requirements:
  • Working towards a CIPD qualification, however this isn’t an essential requirement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good attention to detail and able to multi-task
  • Educated to A levels or equivalent
  • Organised & ability to prioritise

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
